Ocula Systems were included in this latest project to provide highquality glass partitioning systems that complemented the environment Lutron were creating in this London showcase.

Ocula supplied two systems; firstly the Ocula FT58 for the meeting rooms as well as for the hotel room, the dining room, and the bedroom experience spaces inside the centre. This frameless system provided a clean sharp configuration that matched Lutron’s space partitioning needs. Secondly the Ocula FS25 for the refreshment area combined with a pair of glass doors. White framed access control flush glazed doors were also installed to provide elegant yet secure entrances to the floor for colleagues. From an acoustic perspective the single glazed glass carries 35dB and the narrow glazed glass carries 43dB levels. For further acoustic performance in the boardroom a small amount of Ocula FT105, a wide double glazed range, was installed. It provided greater privacy (49dB) for this significant meeting space
